Surf-ACE 6" P12 Compounding Foam Grip Buff Pad, 2-Pack (90028) is a coarse-medium firm maroon color foam pad used for removing deeper scratches from harder surfaces and aged paints. The P40 pad leaves a mirror finish to any paintwork or gelcoat surface. 

The Surf-ACE P12 Buff Pad is the key to unlocking DRA™ Technology with any Surf-ACE heavy or medium type compound for increased cutting action and surface reconditioning. Perfect for refinishing, auto body shop, marine and industrial applications.

This style buff pad is ideally suited for random orbital and rotary type polishing machines.

Single sided, size fits 6" (150mm) grip backing plates.

Tips:

For longer pad life, cycle and swap out Surf-ACE pads after approximately 10 minutes of polishing time. This allows the pad to cool down, extending pad life. Overheating softens a pad, causing it to breakdown prematurely.
